2 night’s accommodation at Kinloch Manor & Villas
Deposits: 
In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 20% of the total stay at time of booking.
A further 30% 30 days prior to arrival and the remaining 50% on departure.
The deposits can either be made in the form of a bank transfer, bank cheque or credit card.
 
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be accepted with a credit card or bank transfers.
 
Non-Commissionable surcharge applicable on December 25th (Christmas Day) and December 31st (New Year’s Eve) of:
NZ$345.00 per adult; $173.00 per child (between the ages of 12 and 18 years) including GST
 
All rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST
 
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancelation, the following policies apply:
31 day + prior to arrival. No cancelation fee
30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% cancelation fee per night cancelled
14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% cancelation fee per night cancelled
 
For reservations between 20 December and 6 January:
Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival incur a 25% cancellation fee for each night cancelled.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee for each night cancelled. 
Two night minimum stay applies over this period.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside (as per NZ law) – may smoke outdoors.
