Deposits
To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. Deposits can be made by bank transfer or credit card (a 2% credit card surcharge applies).
All rates are quoted on New Zealand Dollars and include GST
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the following policies apply:
31 days or more before arrival No cancellation fees
30 days or less before arrival 100% cancellation fee per night is charged.
Festive Surcharges
25th & 31st December
$430 incl GST surcharge per person
$210 incl GST surcharge per person between the ages of 12 and 18 years
Festive Cancellation policy
20 December – 6 January
60 to 31 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee applies for each night cancelled.
30 days or less before arrival 100% cancellation fee applies for each night cancelled.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside (as per NZ law) – may smoke outdoors.
